The use of common languages are necessary for communicating peoples. Each individual must acquire the knowledge or skills of language to be able to understand and interact with others in the same language community.

We are not born with the physical or mental development necessary to begin speaking immediately, so we know there is some sort of a learning process with which we acquire these communicative skills. So how do we begin?
